About WebP to PDF
WebP to PDF turns WebP images into one PDF document, with one image on each page. Use it for print-ready image collections, form uploads, records, or sharing files that require PDF format.
Choose A4, US Letter, or pages sized to each image. A4 measures 210 x 297 mm, while US Letter measures 8.5 x 11 inches. Transparent areas become white in the PDF. If a WebP is animated, only its first frame appears.
The conversion runs in your browser. Your files are never uploaded to a server, and the finished PDF downloads straight to your device. This gives you a clear page-size choice without sending image files elsewhere. The result contains image pages, not selectable text created by OCR.
How to use it

Worked example
Select two WebP files and choose US Letter. FreeToolr creates one PDF with two pages, placing one image on each page. Transparent parts appear white, and an animated file contributes its first frame.

Questions people ask
How do I convert WebP to PDF?
Select your WebP images, choose A4, US Letter, or image-size pages, then start the conversion. Download the resulting PDF to your device.
Can I convert multiple WebP images into one PDF?
Yes. The tool places one WebP image on each PDF page. The result is one PDF file.
What happens to transparent areas?
Transparent areas become white in the PDF. The original transparency does not remain visible as transparency.
Can I convert an animated WebP to PDF?
Yes, but the PDF is static. Only the animated WebP's first frame appears.
Is the WebP file uploaded?
No. Conversion runs in your browser, so the files are never uploaded. The finished PDF downloads straight to your device.
Should I choose A4 or US Letter?
Choose A4 for most UK and European documents. Choose US Letter for many United States forms, portals, and print jobs.
Will the PDF contain searchable text?
No. This conversion creates image pages. Searchable or selectable text requires OCR, which this tool does not provide.
