Which tool should I use to combine or separate pages?

Can I convert a scanned PDF to editable text?
PDF to Text works best when the PDF already contains selectable text. Scanned documents need optical character recognition, or OCR, and results can vary with image quality, handwriting, fonts and language.
Will PDF to Word keep the original layout?
Simple text often converts well, but tables, columns, footnotes, forms and unusual fonts may move. Check the converted file against the PDF before you submit or publish it.
Is covering text with a white box secure redaction?
No. A white shape can hide text without removing the underlying content. Use a verified redaction feature for sensitive data, then test the saved file by selecting, searching and copying text.
Is a typed or drawn PDF signature legally binding?
A typed or drawn signature is not automatically a qualified electronic signature. Legal effect depends on your country, the parties, identity checks and the document type, so check the rules that apply to your transaction.
